Job Description
To be part of the Payments team in meeting the Daily task as stated in Job responsibilities. You Will:
• Should be a point of contact for Customer enquiries, internal team enquires and Payment Service Provider (PSP)inquiries.
• Provide timely resolution for all the escalated contacts (transactions, tickets, issues alerts & others)
• Review and process all withdrawal requests as per Standard Operating Procedure
· Proactively monitor failed payments and reconcile the same before reprocessing or cancel.
• Ensure payments made to processing centres and e-wallets are sent successfully and within time frames
· Collaborate with internal operational teams & cross-functionally to understand and resolve payments related issues.
• Review & provide end to end resolution of all internal inquiries.
• Dispute credit/debit chargeback cases with appropriate responses based on network guidelines to recover & prevent losses.
• Monitor deposits and withdrawals functioning, report any technical issues.
