• Understand technical

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, availability, and rates.
• Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Maintain required documentation including resumes, RTRs, and work authorization details.
• Negotiate rates when required and support candidates through the recruitment process. Required Skills




• 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies and staffing processes.
• Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, Green Card, USC, W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM, job portals, and Boolean search.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven US staffing environment.
