Role Description The Logistics Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad, India. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, including planning and coordinating the movement of materials, documents, and resources to support immigration consulting services. Responsibilities include managing inventory of office and operational supplies, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring timely procurement and distribution of required materials. The role also involves monitoring supply chain performance, optimizing logistics workflows, maintaining accurate records, and implementing cost-effective solutions.



The Logistics Manager will collaborate with consultants and administrative teams, provide responsive support to internal stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate operations, manage workflows, and ensure timely movement of resources.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support efficient use of materials.
• Candidates should possess Procurement skills to source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchasing processes in line with organizational policies.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and to support smooth service delivery.
• Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using basic office and logistics software tools.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
