Role Summary We are looking for a high-agency individual who can design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization. This role is not about experimenting with AI tools — it’s about eliminating human dependency in repeatable processes by building production-grade agentic systems. You Will Own The Full Lifecycle problem → workflow design → AI system → deployment → optimization Core Responsibilities
• Workflow Deconstruction & Automation Strategy
• Analyze business functions (sales, ops, supply chain, finance, CX)
• Break down workflows into decision trees and automation opportunities
• Identify high-ROI automation use cases
• Redesign processes for AI-first execution (not human-first)
• Agentic System Design
• Design multi-step AI workflows (single agent + multi-agent systems)
• Define
• Inputs / outputs
• Memory structures
• Tool usage (APIs, DBs, SaaS tools)
• Decision logic
• Build systems that can:
• Think (LLMs)

• Deploy production-ready systems (not prototypes)

• Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering

• API integrations and system design

• Ability to convert messy real-world workflows into structured systems
