About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Architecture Lead to own end-to-end SAP architecture across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business Data Cloud, and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP solution and technical architecture expertise, experience building shared-services platform capabilities, and the ability to lead global architecture strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Own target-state SAP architecture across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Business AI platforms.
• Establish and lead a shared-services SAP BTP foundation team covering identity, connectivity, integration, transport, CI/CD, and observability.
• Define SAP identity architecture and roadmap across SAP Cloud Identity Services and Microsoft Entra, including SSO, provisioning, and identity governance.
• Establish architecture standards for SAP Business AI, Joule, AI agents, and interoperability between SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Own data architecture, data products, master data strategy, and governance across SAP Business Data Cloud and related platforms.
• Drive SAP Clean Core principles, BTP-based extensions, and scalable, upgrade-friendly architecture.
• Govern architecture standards, technology roadmaps, consumption costs, and enterprise integration decisions.
• Lead architecture reviews for S/4HANA transformations, RISE with SAP, cloud migration, and global SAP programmes.
• Use SAP LeanIX for enterprise architecture modelling, portfolio rationalisation, and strategic decision-making.
• Mentor, hire,



and develop architects and technical leads while collaborating with global business, technology, security, and data teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Around 15 years of experience in SAP architecture, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA solution and technical architecture.
• Proven experience establishing and managing shared-services or platform foundation capabilities on SAP BTP, including account structures, entitlements, connectivity, and transport.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS, IPS, IDS, IAG), SSO, principal propagation, and identity provisioning.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud, data products, and enterprise data architecture.
• Working knowledge of SAP LeanIX and enterprise architecture governance.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-region SAP landscapes and transformation programmes.
• Robust leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and architectural decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications
• SAP and/or TOGAF architecture certifications.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and hyperscaler-based transformation programmes.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to SAP IDM migration towards SAP Cloud Identity Services and/or Microsoft Entra.
• Familiarity with Joule, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AI agent governance, MCP, and Agent-to-Agent interoperability.
• Proven experience building and leading technical architecture teams. ?
