THE OPPORTUNITY Our Performance & Technology practice combines strategic advisory, digital transformation, experience design, data and analytics, and enterprise platform expertise to help organisations navigate change and achieve lasting business outcomes. Working across strategy, design, implementation and adoption, we partner with clients to modernise ways of working, improve decision-making, enhance customer and employee experiences, and maximise the value of technology investments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Perform end-to-end performance testing activities, including test planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to evaluate application performance under varying workloads.
• Monitor and analyse server logs to identify performance bottlenecks, errors, and system resource utilisation issues.
• Use Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Azure Application Insights to monitor application performance, analyse metrics,



and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with Azure services, including Azure Application Insights and Azure Key Vault, to support performance testing and monitoring activities. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong hands-on experience in JMeter and BlazeMeter test executions.
• Good to have experience with performance testing tools such as NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
• Experience in the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in server log monitoring, analysis, and performance bottleneck identification.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana and Azure monitoring tools.
• Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Application Insights and Azure Key Vault.
• Positive to have experience in integrating and executing performance tests through CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong documentation skills, including preparation of performance test reports, test summaries, and presentations.
