Role Description In this full-time, on-site Member role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, the team member will contribute to planning, building, and improving AI-driven products and enterprise solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements, participating in design and implementation of features, and supporting testing and quality assurance activities across platforms such as AgentFarm, Contract Insights, CDMS, and Info QA. The Member will help document workflows, maintain knowledge bases, and assist in operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in coordination with engineering and product stakeholders.



This role also involves learning and applying best practices in AI, data, and software delivery, while contributing ideas to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience. The Member is expected to work on-site with the team, engaging in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge in software, data, or AI-related domains (e.g., computer science fundamentals, data handling, or basic machine learning concepts).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, including strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn from peers and mentors.
• Competence in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with attention to detail when working on workflows, documentation, or quality checks.
• Comfort with technical tools and platforms, and openness to developing skills in areas such as automation, testing, or product operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes, reporting issues, and sharing updates with stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad on a full-time basis, demonstrating reliability, ownership, and a growth mindset.
• Interest in AI-first products and willingness to keep up with evolving technologies and industry practices.
