Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for Ishnex Solutions’ products and services. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, tracking and analyzing web analytics, and refining campaigns based on data-driven insights. The role also involves collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives,



managing content and creatives for digital channels, and coordinating with external vendors or agencies as needed. The Digital Marketing Manager will regularly report on campaign performance, recommend improvements, and contribute to the overall digital growth strategy. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand building, audience engagement, and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive and nurture qualified prospects.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and optimize results.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or software services marketing is an advantage.
