Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for providing personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers in a retail environment. This role includes demonstrating Kimirica products, explaining key perks and ingredients, and recommending tailored routines that reflect the brand’s vegan and cruelty-free ethos. The consultant will drive retail sales by engaging customers, managing product displays, and supporting in-store promotions and events.



Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining high standards of customer service, handling queries and feedback, assisting with inventory checks, and collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales and experience targets. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to conduct professional, personalized consultations.
• Robust product knowledge in skincare, bath & body, and wellness categories, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating premium, memorable in-store experiences.
• Experience in retail sales, including cross-selling, upselling, and working toward sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
• Prior experience as a beauty consultant or in a similar role within cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
• Professional grooming, a passion for self-care and beauty, and alignment with vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable values.
