About the Role
Techtinium Technologies is hiring an experienced Graphic & Video Designer to create social media content for its global customer base. This role is for a strong visual all-rounder. You will design graphics, edit video, create motion graphics, and use AI tools to produce professional video. Much of the work turns complex scientific research into clear, engaging content that a diverse public audience can understand and enjoy. The role starts with creating content for Instagram and Facebook and will expand to YouTube over time. This is a production-first role, and we expect excellent craft. As you become familiar with the customer, you can take on ownership of copy, storyboarding, and content scheduling. You’ll work in a collaborative, thought-provoking and positive environment — one that values diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interest of our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design
• Design social media creatives such as posts, carousels, stories, and campaign visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Translate scientific concepts into clear, accurate, visually compelling graphics
• Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and formats 2. Video & Motion Graphics
• Edit short-form video (Reels, Stories) and longer-form content using Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Create motion graphics and animated explainers in After Effects that educate a broad, non-specialist audience
• Use AI video and image tools to speed up production and expand creative possibilities, while keeping output at a professional standard 3. Campaign Production




• Deliver content for 3–5 concurrent campaigns, managing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats: Instagram and Facebook now, YouTube in future
• Track assets, versions, and deliverables so every campaign runs smoothly 4. Collaboration & Growth
• Work closely with the India team daily and present work to the customers
• Take briefs, ask good questions, and incorporate feedback quickly
• Over time, contribute to copywriting, storyboarding, and content scheduling Who This Role Is For
• A designer who is equally strong in static design and video
• Someone who cares about craft and detail, and whose work looks finished rather than “good enough”
• Someone curious about science and space, who enjoys making complex ideas simple
• A transparent communicator who can explain creative choices and take feedback well
• Someone who already uses AI tools as part of their professional workflow Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (required)
• Working proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics




• Hands-on experience using AI tools for professional video and content creation
• Experience creating content for Instagram and/or Facebook
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work on-site from our Chennai office Nice to Have
• A portfolio showing both design and video work (strongly preferred; please include a link in your application)
• Experience with YouTube content or explainer/educational videos
• Storyboarding or scriptwriting experience
