Job Description
Manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations across the organization. Lead union interactions, wage negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining activities. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries in compliance with company policies and labor laws. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor legislations, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies on employment-related matters. Develop and implement employee engagement and workforce welfare initiatives. Advise management on industrial relations strategies, workforce issues, and risk mitigation measures. Oversee contract labor management,



including compliance monitoring and vendor administration. Manage end-to-end administrative functions, including facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and office services. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of office and site infrastructure. Administer vendor contracts, service agreements, procurement activities, and budget controls related to administration. Coordinate travel, accommodation, employee welfare, and corporate events. Ensure workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity measures.
