Role Description The Senior Manager Business Operations is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business operations across Huksa’s L&D; engagements. This role includes managing operational processes, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient coordination between delivery, client success, finance, and technology teams. The individual will lead program governance for major client accounts, streamline workflows, and implement operational best practices to support scale and profitability. Day-to-day activities involve analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities,



driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements. The Senior Manager will also support budgeting and financial monitoring for programs, prepare management reports, and partner with leadership to shape operational strategy for a growing, enterprise-focused business. Qualifications
• Strong Business Operations skills, including end-to-end process ownership, workflow optimization, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated Operations Management experience in scaling service or SaaS businesses, preferably within L&D;, consulting, or technology-enabled services.
• High level of Analytical Skills for interpreting data, building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and driving data-informed decisions.
• Proven Program Management capabilities in planning, governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination for complex client engagements.
• Foundational Finance competencies, including budgeting, cost tracking, revenue analysis, and collaboration with finance teams on profitability and forecasting.
• Relevant experience (7+ years) in business operations, consulting, or program management roles; experience with enterprise clients is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM or project management platforms,
