Role Description The Accountant role at Nalinee Kaku is a full-time, in office position based in Alibag. The accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual financial reporting. The role also involves supporting budgeting and cost tracking, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements,



and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as auditors. The accountant will contribute to improving financial processes and providing timely, reliable financial data to support business decisions. Qualifications
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) and the ability to generate accurate financial reports.
• Knowledge of basic taxation, statutory compliance, and local financial regulations relevant to small and medium-sized businesses.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills for handling multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, procurement, and management teams, and to coordinate with external auditors or consultants.
