About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Consultant to conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, perform penetration testing, and recommend remediation measures. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in application, network, and infrastructure security testing, along with the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for web applications, mobile applications, APIs, networks, and infrastructure.
• Identify, validate, and assess security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential attack vectors.
• Perform manual penetration testing and automated security assessments.
• Conduct security testing in accordance with OWASP Top 10, PTES, and relevant industry standards.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, and other relevant security testing tools.
• Perform risk assessment and classify vulnerabilities based on severity and business impact.
• Prepare comprehensive VAPT reports, including findings, proof of concept, risk ratings,



and remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to validate vulnerability fixes and conduct retesting.
• Provide technical guidance on vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
• Ensure testing activities comply with the agreed project scope and applicable security requirements. Required Skills and qualification
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in VAPT, penetration testing, or information security.
• Strong knowledge of web application, mobile application, API, network, and infrastructure security testing.
• Practical experience with tools such as Burp Suite Professional, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, and Wireshark.
• Robust understanding of OWASP Top 10, common attack techniques, and vulnerability exploitation.
• Knowledge of CVSS scoring, vulnerability prioritization, and remediation validation.
• Experience preparing technical security assessment reports for clients.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver project milestones within agreed timelines. Prefered Skill
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• GPEN or other relevant penetration-testing certifications
