- Subnet Department: ISPL 2S IT, Cross Business Solutions About Business line/Function: Cross Business Solutions, delivering the best-in-class, innovative, sustainable, secure and cost-efficient transversal solutions and referential systems within Securities Services, CIB and the Group. Position Purpose: Seeking a Business Analyst of the application SUBNET in IT Functions Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
• Able to understand and elicit on the business requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable, technically compatible solutions that fulfill business objectives
• Able to read and interpret BRDs, Technical specs to perform functional testing of data Lineage
• Ability to work with development teams through resolution, implementation and delivery.
• Able to help Product owner with JIRA backlog items, user stories and epic dependencies and quarter annual planning preparations
• Root cause analysis and other diagnostic documentations for the Subnet Legacy application production incidents or other bugs
• Effective communication across multiple teams including development team (IT) and other stakeholders. Contributing Responsibilities
• Have a good understanding of the data flows and understand business processes
• Identify risk in process and propose / implement controls
• Creativity in finding alternative solutions Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Able to work with other squads and chapters
• Participation in one or more project activities/areas or releases or production support or testing of functionalities. Overall participation in the whole development cycle
• Splitting business requirements into clear user stories with defining testable acceptance criteria
• Creating analytical documentation on confluence, SharePoint Specific Qualifications Should be able to run Agile scrum as a Scrum Master.
