• Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.
• Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, bio stimulants, and other agricultural products.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
• Understanding of chemical analysis and quality testing.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Valuable observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.cal skills and research capabilities for designing experiments, interpreting data, and solving technical problems.
• Background in Research and Development (R&D;),
especially in chemical or agrochemical product formulation and improvement.
• M.
Sc. in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of agrochemicals, basic regulatory requirements, and safety standards in chemical laboratories.
• Proficiency in scientific documentation, report writing, and use of lab-related software or tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in agrochemical, chemical manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
