Gopalkrishna, a respected educationist in the field. Role Description The Social Media Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role involves creating visually engaging content for social media platforms that reflects the school’s brand identity and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for posts, stories, and digital campaigns, adapting designs for different platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and maintaining consistency in visual branding.



The designer will collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to develop content calendars, refine messaging, and align visuals with ongoing school events and initiatives. The role also includes staying updated with design and social media trends, optimizing content for engagement, and preparing assets that can be repurposed for the website, newsletters, and other digital channels. Qualifications
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software) is highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including creating visual content suited for social media and digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to produce transparent, readable, and aesthetically balanced visuals.
• Experience designing content for social media, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced school environment are preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, along with a solid portfolio of social media design work, is desirable.
