Qualifications




• Strong hotel operations management skills, including supervision of front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage functions.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management, with the ability to interpret reports and control costs.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, including staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields; prior hotel management or ownership experience is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to hotel operations in Punjab, India.
