You'll work on understanding a founder's story, expertise, opinions and personality and turning them into content people actually want to follow.

• Research industries, audiences and content trends
• Develop content pillars and monthly strategies
• Turn founder conversations into strong content ideas
• Work with writers, designers, editors & creators
• Analyse content performance and improve the strategy
• Stay updated with what's actually working across LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube We're looking for someone who
• Has 2+ years of social media strategy experience




• Has worked on personal brands / founder-led content
• Understands storytelling, positioning & audience psychology
• Can think beyond "trending audio + posting calendar"
• Has solid research and ideation skills
• Can confidently present and defend a strategy
