Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and billing documentation.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
• Support project planning and timely execution of works. Qualifications




• B.
Tech / B.
E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior site experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to learn and work actively at construction sites.
• Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in practical site engineering are encouraged to apply.
