Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook Indian tandoor items, including kebabs, tikkas, rotis, naan, and other tandoori breads.
• Assist the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor section.
✅ Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tandoor operations and Indian cuisine.
• Valuable understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
