I am looking for an experienced healthcare operations skilled to help build a network of men’s health clinics across India, starting with tier 2 cities. At the Institute of Andrology & Sexual Health (IASH), our vision is to make trusted, evidence-based care for male sexual and reproductive health more accessible. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to work directly with me on building and executing our expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities
• Identify potential cities and develop branch business plans.
• Lead new clinic launches—from site selection and budgeting to recruitment and operational readiness.
• Build consistent systems for patient experience, clinical coordination and quality.
• Manage branch performance, costs and profitability.
• Develop local teams and partnerships while maintaining clinical standards. Who we’re looking for:




• Experience launching and managing multiple healthcare centres.
• A background in specialty clinic chains such as IVF, eye care, dental, diagnostics or similar services.
• Demonstrated responsibility for branch budgets, teams and business performance.
• Experience in tier 2 markets and willingness to travel.
• An entrepreneurial approach, strong execution skills and commitment to ethical patient care.

Location:
Jaipur preferred, with travel to branch locations.
