Role Description The Project Supervisor is a full-time, in office role located in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction and fabrication activities on pre-engineered and conventional steel building projects. This role includes planning and monitoring site work, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality specifications. The Project Supervisor will review drawings, allocate resources, supervise erection and civil works, and resolve in office issues in a timely manner. The role also involves maintaining project documentation,



reporting progress to management, and supporting clients with clear communication on project status and requirements. Qualifications
• Strong project supervision skills, including planning, scheduling, and in office coordination for steel and civil construction projects.
• Practical knowledge of pre-engineered buildings, structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and metal roofing systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents accurately.
• Experience implementing safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant building codes.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide site teams, manage contractors, and collaborate with engineers and clients.
• Proficiency in basic project reporting, documentation, and use of standard office and construction-related software.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in industrial or steel building projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
