Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking leads, documenting customer preferences, and ensuring timely responses to client queries. The specialist will coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to align customer expectations with deliverables, resolve issues, and support a smooth installation experience. The role also involves preparing customer reports, monitoring satisfaction metrics,



and contributing to process improvements that strengthen long-term client relationships. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to nurture leads, manage client accounts, and support conversion efforts.
