Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and business process flows.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, tracking defects, and validating solutions against approved requirements.
- Participate in Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarification, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.




- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with APX and Tradex is required.
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Working knowledge of Visio or similar process-mapping tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Jira, and Confluence will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements

- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience with both APX and Tradex.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
- Per diem and accommodation will be provided during travel to KSA, as per company policy.
