About the Role
NIIB Mohali is looking for an experienced and passionate Nail Trainer with strong technical expertise, excellent counselling skills, and a professional approach to student management. The ideal candidate should deliver quality training while contributing to student satisfaction, enrolments, and course upgradations.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct basic to advanced nail training, including nail extensions, gel polish, acrylics, builder gel, refills, removals, and nail art.
* Provide practical demonstrations and assessments to develop industry-ready skills.
* Teach nail anatomy, hygiene, sanitation, product knowledge, and safe tool handling.
* Counsel prospective and enrolled students on course selection, career opportunities, and advanced training programmes.
* Identify suitable opportunities for course upgrades and advanced certifications.
* Support admissions through demo classes, technical counselling, and course-related queries.
* Maintain student attendance, progress reports, classroom discipline, and training quality.
* Assist with workshops, student events, and promotional activities.




* Maintain tools and products while ensuring hygiene and minimal wastage.
* Stay updated with the latest nail trends and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in nail technology, nail artistry, or professional training.
* Diploma or certification in Nail Technology, Nail Art, or an equivalent qualification.
* Strong practical knowledge of up-to-date nail techniques and extensions.
* Prior teaching experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
* Professional behaviour, punctuality, patience, and a student-first attitude.
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to recommend suitable course upgrades ethically. Performance Expectations
