Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Faridabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s medical devices to healthcare institutions and distributors. Daily activities include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations,



following up on inquiries, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends and competitors, participate in sales meetings, and support marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications
• Good sales and business development skills.
• Customer relationship management capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms to manage sales activities and reports.
• Good understanding or willingness to learn about medical devices, especially vascular access products and related disposables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
