Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time, remote based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing Deepak Electricals’ online sales channels. This role includes overseeing product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across ecommerce platforms, ensuring that product information, specifications, and visuals are up to date and aligned with brand standards. The specialist will monitor online sales performance, analyze customer behavior and marketplace trends, and implement strategies to improve conversions, customer experience, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with sales, logistics, and product teams to optimize order processing, resolve customer queries related to online purchases,



and support promotional campaigns. The role also includes generating regular performance reports, suggesting improvements to ecommerce operations, and maintaining compliance with platform requirements and company policies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or company webstores.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support buyers effectively.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital tools such as ecommerce dashboards, MS Excel, and CRM or ERP systems.
• Relevant experience in electrical products, B2B or industrial distribution, or a related sector is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
