• Conduct daily/weekly syncs with clients and leaders; represent offshore delivery in executive forums and governance reviews.
• Prepare and share weekly reports on delivery status, risks, KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Enforce QE processes, intake workflows, time tracking, and compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and other standards.
• Lead large onshore and offshore teams across multiple portfolios; oversee capacity planning, demand forecasting, and release estimation.
• Mentor managers, manage performance reviews, engagement, retention, and resolve team conflicts decisively.
• Accelerate adoption of Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and reusable QE accelerators to boost productivity and quality.
• Provide strategic oversight for critical releases, cutovers, production deployments, and technical escalations.
• Drive automation coverage, reduce defect leakage, prevent rollbacks, and scale reusable assets across teams.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, executives, and vendors; ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-portfolio initiatives in upskilling, process improvement, and innovation through AI and digital transformation.
