Responsibilities
• Monitor and control the hot strip mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to promptly address mechanical or operational issues minimizing downtime.
• Implement standard operating procedures and ensure adherence by all frontline staff.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior operators and new team members on operational best practices and safety protocols.
