Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role collaborates with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into HR strategies and practices that support safety, consulting, and operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and processes, guiding performance management cycles, and acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations and labor matters. The HR Business Partner will handle employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, engagement initiatives, and retention planning,



while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves supporting workforce planning, facilitating HR-related training, and partnering with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to design, implement, and update HR frameworks and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Practical knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with experience ensuring compliance and advising on regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, feedback, and development planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leadership.
• Experience in consulting, safety, or professional services environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
