Key Responsibilities
• Project funding and fund-raising coordination
• Managing relationships with Banks, NBCs, HFCs, AlFs and financial institutions
• Project financial modelling, feasibility analysis and cash-flow planning
• Monitoring loan sanctions, drawdowns, utilization and debt servicing
• Lender MIS, compliance and due diligence coordination
• Supporting refinancing, capital structuring and investment evaluation
• Preparing financial reports, dashboards and management MIS
• Coordination with Projects, Sales, CRM, Legal,



Liaisoning and Accounts teams Candidate Profile: ‹ MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / Master's in Finance or equivalent
- Mandatory 4-6 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance or Lending Real Estate experience preferred Strong financial modelling, project cash-flow analysis and advanced MS Excel skills
