Role Description As a Co-Founder at Vivaham 360, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and growth in the Indian wedding and events space. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, involving close collaboration with core team members, partners, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business model, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. You will lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities, optimize offerings, and improve operational processes.



The role also includes setting performance goals, managing budgets, supervising small cross-functional teams, and representing Vivaham 360 at industry events and client meetings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
