Based in Mumbai (Thane West), we’re onboarding a Tech Lead to own architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of high-impact features for enterprise customers globally — all while maintaining code quality, scalability, and engineering velocity. Role & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of core product modules — from requirement grooming to deployment — ensuring clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Architect and optimize backend systems using modern microservices, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native tooling (AWS/GCP).
• Mentor junior developers, establish code review standards, and drive adoption of best practices in CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to define technical specs, estimate timelines,



and resolve blockers before release.
• Own system reliability — implement observability, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain 99.9% uptime SLA.
