Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Daskroi, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for medical equipment and related materials. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing vendors, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and placing purchase orders in line with company policies and quality standards. The role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials, and tracking deliveries to avoid stockouts or delays. The Purchasing Executive will update and maintain procurement records,



vendor databases, and purchase reports, while supporting audits and compliance with ISO and CE requirements. This role also requires regular communication with suppliers to address issues, improve service levels, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Qualifications
• Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Experience in inventory control and materials management, with the ability to plan requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare product categories, and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO and CE.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management software for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, production, warehouse, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to analyze cost, terms, and supplier performance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in purchasing within healthcare or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Daskroi, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
