Requirements:
• 4+ years of product/technical support experience, with robust L2 exposure.
• Hands-on experience in at least two areas: Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR), DLP, or Email Security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer communication and issue ownership.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support L1 queries when required. Experience with enterprise security products, IT infrastructure, and vendor support is an added advantage. Interested candidates can share their resumes to
