About GetZokkoGetZokko is a performance-first influencer marketing and growth agency partnering with top brands across fintech, trading, crypto, and up-to-date tech ecosystems. We are expanding our core team and looking for an experienced Influencer Campaign Lead who knows the finance/fintech creator ecosystem inside out, loves building creator networks, and can run end-to-end matchmaking and execution for multiple brand campaigns concurrently.

Key Responsibilities
• Creator Scouting & Onboarding: Proactively scout, onboard, and build direct relationships with creators across YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram—particularly in finance, options/stock trading, crypto, personal finance, and tech.
• Brand-to-Creator Matchmaking: Analyze client briefs (target CPA, reach, demographics) from our brand team and rapidly curate high-converting creator rosters tailored to specific KPIs.
• Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate transparent, ROI-driven commercials with talent/managers, finalize deliverable terms, and oversee formal agreements.
• Campaign Execution & Delivery: Coordinate delivery schedules, coordinate with creators for draft submissions and timely posting, and ensure campaigns hit performance targets without slippage.




• Roster Management & CRM Hygiene: Own and scale our master database of 200+ creators, keeping pricing, contact channels, engagement metrics, and past performance benchmarks continuously up to date. Requirements & Qualifications
• 1.5 to 3 years of active influencer marketing experience within an agency or D2C/Fintech brand.
• Existing network: Must have demonstrated experience working with finance, trading, stock market, or fintech creators in India.
• Strong negotiation acumen: Proven ability to close creator deals at optimal cost per deliverable while building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Execution rigor: High ownership mindset, organized project management skills, and comfort managing fast turnarounds across 10–20 creator deliveries weekly.
• Communication

Professional fluency in Hindi and English with strong written and verbal rapport-building abilities.
