WE'RE LOOKING FOR CURIOUS MINDS, NOT JUST ARCHITECTS.
Junior Architect | Beyond I Design Studio (BIDS)

Location:
Thane, Mumbai | Full-Time | Fresh Graduates Welcome Great architecture begins with curiosity. Great careers begin with opportunity.
At Beyond I Design Studio (BIDS), we believe architecture is not just about designing buildings. It's about understanding people, shaping experiences, challenging conventions, and creating spaces that make everyday life better. We are a design-driven architecture and interior design studio working across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. Our approach brings together creativity, human-centric thinking, sustainability, technology, and an obsession with thoughtful detailing. We embrace emerging technologies, including AI and 3D visualization, while believing that the most powerful design tool will always be the human imagination. And now, we're looking for a young architect to grow with us. Someone who sketches ideas in the margins, notices details others overlook, asks "What if?" instead of simply "Why?", and believes that good design should always have a purpose. You don't need years of experience. You need curiosity, commitment, and the willingness to explore. What Will You Be Doing? At BIDS, we don't believe young architects should spend their early careers doing just one thing. We want you to experience architecture in its entirety.
• Imagine & Create: Participate in design brainstorming, conceptual sketches, architectural planning, and design development.
• Turn Ideas into Reality: Develop drawings, 3D models, elevations, sections, and architectural presentations that communicate design intent.
• Discover the Details: Learn how beautiful concepts evolve into technically sound working drawings and construction documentation.
• Explore Beyond the Desk: Experience live construction sites, understand materials,

and discover how architecture comes together in the real world.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside senior architects, consultants, and project teams while contributing your own fresh perspectives.
• Experiment with Technology: Explore visualization, digital design tools, and emerging AI-assisted workflows that are transforming our profession. Who Would Feel at Home Here? We'd love to meet you if:
• You hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.
Arch.) degree. Fresh graduates are absolutely welcome
• You're comfortable with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools. Knowledge of additional design software is a bonus.
• You have an eye for proportion, composition, materials, and detailing.
• You're enthusiastic about learning both the creative and technical sides of architecture.
• You enjoy teamwork, open conversations, constructive feedback, and solving design challenges.
• You take ownership of your work and believe even the smallest detail deserves attention. Most importantly, we value your attitude, imagination, and willingness to learn as much as your software skills. Why BIDS? Because Your First Few Years Matter.
Your early professional experiences shape the architect you become. We want those years to be meaningful. 01 | Learn from Real Projects Experience architecture beyond textbooks, from the first design idea to working drawings and construction sites. 02 | Your Ideas Have a Voice Good ideas don't come with designations. We encourage fresh thinking, meaningful conversations,

and creative contributions at every level. 03 | Mentorship That Matters Work closely with experienced architects who will guide you, challenge you, and help you develop confidence in your design decisions. 04 | Creativity Meets Technology Be part of a studio that embraces new design technologies, AI, visualization, and innovative ways of working. 05 | A Studio, Not Just an Office We believe in collaboration over hierarchy, learning over routine, and creating an environment where people enjoy what they do. 06 | Grow into the Architect You Want to Become Build a strong foundation in design thinking, technical detailing, project coordination, and professional practice. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with your skills, portfolio, and experience. A Little Note to Fresh GraduatesIf you've just graduated and are wondering whether you're experienced enough to apply, here's something we'd like you to know: We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to be excited about learning. Bring us your ideas, your sketches, your college projects, your curiosity, and your enthusiasm. We'll give you the prospect to turn that potential into professional experience. Let's Design Something Meaningful Together.
If this sounds like the kind of studio where you'd love to begin or build your architectural journey, we'd love to see your work. Send your CV and portfolio to: [email protected] Email Subject: Application for Junior Architect – Thane Office
