Role Description The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement operations for raw materials, packaging, and related supplies to support manufacturing and export activities. This full time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and involves developing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely availability of materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring performance against agreed standards. The role also requires coordinating with production, quality, finance,



and logistics teams to align procurement plans with business needs, maintaining accurate procurement records, and continuously analyzing market trends to optimize sourcing decisions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation to manage sourcing, vendor selection, and supplier performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track costs, assess risks, and support decision-making.
• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or FMCG procurement is highly beneficial.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing procurement teams or leading strategic sourcing projects.
