About the Role
Health Bloom is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth and build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other potential clients as required.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to generate leads and promote Health Bloom's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.




• Represent Health Bloom professionally during meetings and field visits.

Requirements:
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and client visits.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Candidates with healthcare/diagnostic/hospital sales experience will be preferred.
