Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Manager role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Team Lead Manager will oversee a team’s daily operations, set explicit goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met. This role includes coaching and mentoring team members, providing regular feedback, and supporting skill development. The Team Lead Manager will collaborate with other departments, prepare reports on team metrics, and communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership. The role also involves resolving operational issues, improving processes, and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Qualifications




• Strong leadership and people management abilities, including experience guiding teams, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, peers, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Proven experience in organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and managing time in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Comfort with using standard office and collaboration tools; familiarity with basic reporting or analytics software is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain an inclusive, respectful work culture and handle conflict and feedback constructively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in a team lead or supervisory role is highly valued.
