Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. In this role, the intern supports the sales team by identifying potential customers, assisting with lead generation, and following up on inquiries. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their logistics needs, preparing basic sales reports, and helping maintain customer records. The Sales Intern will also assist in coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, participate in sales meetings, and receive ongoing training in sales processes and logistics solutions. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management, including learning to manage leads, support account growth, and understand sales performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in Training and continuously develop knowledge of logistics services, industry sectors, and sales best practices.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, with the ability to create and maintain simple reports and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Interest in building a career in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales; prior internship or exposure in sales or logistics is an added advantage.
