- ServiceNow HRSD Consultant Experience Required
- 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
• Implement and customize HRSD modules, including:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Service Center (ESC)
• HR Knowledge Management
• Lifecycle Events
• Document Management
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
• Create and customize forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center/Employee Service Portal.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other third-party applications.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.




• Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management activities. Required

Skills:
• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Center / Employee Service Portal
• Lifecycle Events
• Knowledge Management
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform security, ACLs, and role-based access controls.
• Robust knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and platform architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
