Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Service Cloud implementation and development. The candidate should be comfortable understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and taking ownership of development and implementation activities while working closely with the client team.

Key responsibilities
• Work on end-to-end Service Cloud implementations, from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, case assignment and escalation, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, and Service Console.
• Configure Salesforce objects, data models, validation rules, approval processes, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, middleware, and third-party systems.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards and ensure solutions meet security and performance requirements.




• Manage deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and sandbox environments.
• Perform testing, support UAT and go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and document the solutions delivered. Required Skills &

Experience:
• 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with 2–3 full-cycle Salesforce implementations, including at least one hands-on Service Cloud implementation.
• Good working knowledge of Service Cloud, particularly Case Management, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, and SLA management.
• Strong skills in Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, test classes, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, sharing, security, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Git, and Salesforce CLI-based deployments.
• Working knowledge of Visualforce and Aura components.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and collaborate with the delivery team. Certification:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant – Preferred
• Salesforce Administrator – Preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer II – Good to have

Qualifications:
