3–4 years Role Overview We are looking for a Software Developer with 3–4 years of experience to develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C++ and Java. The role requires strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and experience working with existing codebases to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++ and Java. Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Debug issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes. Refactor existing code and support code migration and modernization. Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver planned work. Document technical changes and follow established development and release processes. Required Skills 3–4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to both C++ and Java.



Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Proficiency in C++ concepts, including STL, memory management, and smart pointers. Proficiency in Java concepts, including collections, exception handling, and concurrency. Experience with multithreading, debugging, and performance analysis. Familiarity with Git, build tools, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows. Ability to understand complex codebases and assess the impact of changes across dependencies. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Exposure to REST APIs, SQL databases, and distributed systems. Experience with large codebases, code migration, or application modernization. Familiarity with Agile development practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Work Experience 5-7Years
