We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive specializing in Off-Page SEO and Link Building who can independently plan, manage, and execute high-quality backlink acquisition campaigns across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual outreach, guest posting, editorial link building, publisher relationship management, and competitor backlink analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies for multiple websites.
• Identify relevant, high-quality backlink opportunities through competitor research and manual prospecting.
• Conduct personalized email outreach to bloggers, editors, publishers, and website owners.
• Execute guest posting, editorial outreach, resource-page link building, broken-link building, and unlinked brand mention campaigns.
• Analyze competitors' backlink profiles using Semrush and Ahrefs.
• Evaluate potential backlink sources based on topical relevance, organic traffic, authority metrics, and link quality.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with publishers, particularly in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Coordinate with content writers to develop guest posts and outreach content.
• Negotiate publisher collaborations within approved budgets.
• Maintain outreach trackers, backlink databases, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor acquired backlinks and follow ethical, Google-compliant SEO practices. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, primarily focused on off-page SEO and link building.
• Previous experience working with an SEO or digital marketing agency.




• Proven ability to acquire quality backlinks through manual outreach and guest posting.
• Solid experience with competitor backlink analysis and link opportunity research.
• Practical knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills
• Experience acquiring backlinks for international websites.
• Familiarity with Hunter.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar outreach platforms.
• Experience managing publisher relationships and editorial collaborations.
• Understanding of current Google Search guidelines and sustainable link-building practices.
