Role Description The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of digital products and platforms delivered by #ARM Worldwide. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves designing and executing test plans, developing and maintaining test cases, and performing manual and functional testing across web and mobile applications. The QA Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and project teams to identify defects, track issues,



and validate fixes before release. Daily responsibilities include participating in requirement reviews, preparing test documentation, running regression tests, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. The role also requires proactive communication of risks and quality metrics to stakeholders and supporting timely, high-quality delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test cases for web and mobile applications Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing Test Android and iOS applications. Validate CRM integrations, APIs, and user journeys Perform cross-browser and device testing Create QA dashboards and detailed release reports Track bugs and ensure proper closure with development teams Support release sign-offs and production validation Required Skills 3–5 years QA experience in web and mobile testing Strong manual testing and test case design skills Experience with Android & iOS testing Tools: JIRA or similar bug tracking tools Strong documentation and reporting skills Automation tools (Selenium / Playwright / Appium) Firebase Crashlytics / GA4 validation Good to Have Automation tools (Selenium / Playwright / Appium) Performance testing (Lighthouse / GTmetrix) CI/CD exposure
