Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer/Elevation Architect role based in Serilingampalli. The role involves conceptualizing and developing interior layouts and exterior elevations for residential projects, ensuring functional space planning and aesthetic coherence. Responsibilities include preparing detailed construction drawings, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution. The Interior Designer/Elevation Architect will create design presentations,



revise plans based on client feedback, and ensure that designs align with project timelines, budgets, and company standards. The role also includes site visits to monitor implementation quality and adherence to design specifications. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing residential spaces.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and building standards relevant to residential construction.
• Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
• Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
