About Adnova At Adnova, we're redefining how performance marketing and creative teams work. Our platform gives brands and agencies the full creative workflow in one place, from inspiration and competitive research to creative briefing, storage, and performance analysis. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion Designer who loves bringing ideas to life through animation and video. You'll create motion content that explains our product, grabs attention on social feeds, and turns viewers into customers. This role is critical to shaping Adnova's visual identity, supporting product launches, and driving growth through high-performing content, working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Growth teams. Roles & Responsibilities
• Create motion graphics and video content for social media, paid ads, the website, and product launches.
• Produce product explainer videos, feature demos, and walkthroughs that make Adnova easy to understand.
• Design and edit ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, optimized for each platform's format.
• Turn scripts, briefs, and static designs into engaging animations and short-form videos.




• Build and maintain Adnova's motion language, including transitions, animated logos, and reusable templates.
• Work with Marketing to test creative variations and use performance data to improve future work.
• Create motion assets for webinars, events, sales decks, and case studies.
• Manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or animation, preferably at a SaaS company, startup, or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing motion graphics, product videos, and social or ad content (required).
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Solid sense of typography, layout, color, timing, and storytelling.
• Understanding of short-form content and what makes social videos and ads perform.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage deadlines.
• Bonus: experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D), Lottie animations, sound design, or AI video tools like Runway
