Role Description The E-commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional activities. The role involves monitoring website performance, tracking orders, coordinating with logistics and customer support teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The E-commerce Executive will analyze sales data, optimize product placement and content, and support marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support growth and a seamless customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Account Management and Sales skills to manage key customer accounts, handle inquiries, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Team Management and Sales Management skills to coordinate with internal teams, align efforts toward targets, and support process improvements.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in basic office and e-commerce tools.
